Payment
The Silver Moccasin accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Cash Link, cheque or Money Order. Payment will be verified prior to shipping.
NOTE: If paying by cheque or money order, we cannot put your item(s) on “layaway” (we are only a small store and may not have large quantities of every product in stock at all times). When payment is received we will make every effort to fill your order however, if we cannot fill your order, you will be notified by email or phone to give you an opportunity to make substitutions OR your cheque/money order will be returned to you promptly.
Shipping
The Silver Moccasin ships all orders by Canada Post. We usually ship the same day as your order is received. However, if we are busier than normal we will ship within at least 3 business days of receiving orders(with the exception of holidays).

Delivery times are only approximate and not guaranteed. From our experience, customers usually receive their orders within the estimated time frame or sooner. Unfortunately The Silver Moccasin cannot be responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or when international orders are being processed at customs.
Shipping fees will vary, depending on size, weight, destination. This may result in the shipping fees being higher than indicated on your invoice. In this case you will be notified by email to request approval prior to charging you for the additional fees. For US/International orders, The Silver Moccasin cannot be responsible for any additional fees/duties applied at customs.
Taxes
We do not charge taxes on items being shipped outside of Canada.
To comply with Canada Revenue Agency, the Goods and services tax (GST) OR Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is charged on taxable items being delivered within Canada at the following rates:

Returns
The Silver Moccasin takes great pride in standing behind our products!
We will gladly exchange or issue credit (not including shipping fees) for all returns with receipt within 30 days of your purchase.
Please notify us to make arrangements for returns.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. Items damaged in transit will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
