This celebration's primary focus is not as a fund raiser but instead it is to raise awareness of the culture and tradition of First Nations People. Our youth are loosing sight of their grass roots and having a traditional Pow Wow in such a public place I hope will encourage a lot of people to come out and experience the spiritual connection a Pow Wow can offer.
